This comes from local Walmart optometry office which completed a extensive remodel and replaced equipment with new equipment.  Although it is believed to be in proper working condition, I am not familiar with this item in order to verify  its proper operation.  The bulb is missing so I am unable to test the item which is why I am selling this for
"Parts Only".
