What is Eternal Rose?
The Eternal Roses are Handmade from real roses from the Andes mountain range in Ecuador. Eternal flowers are NOT dry flower. Eternal flowers have been preserved using the latest technology, and their freshness, shapes and colors can be maintained for a long life span of at least 5 years.
How to take care of my Eternal Roses?
Eternal Roses are fragile so DO NOT need any maintenance.
Keep away from direct sunlight.
Do NOT need water.
Keep it inside the container will give the Rose an Extra-long lifespan!
Packaging
Our Eternal Rose is carefully put inside a beautiful glass container with a wooden base.
PAYMENT
Immediate payment required for buy it now listings.  For auction style listings, payment is due within 3 days of the end of the auction.  If more time is needed for payment, you must contact us.
SHIPPING
Combined shipping available. All items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment received. Tracking information is automatically updated to the order details page. We only charge actual shipping charges and replacement when and if necessary. Please contact us for more information.
International Shipping Terms:
We can do most items international. Import duties & taxes are not included in item price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs department to determine import costs prior to bidding and buying.
Your order should be fulfilled within the delivery timeline specified in the product listing. If a shipment, for whatever reason, falls out of the estimated shipping timeline we will notify you as soon as we are able using the email of record in your eBay account.
RETURNS
For any reason if you are not satisfied with our products, we will accept your return on most brands within 14 days of you have received it. Item must be returned in the same condition as sent (original tags still attached / inside box, etc). The return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer or customer. Lastly, no returns are accepted on used products.
